Are the books sent in the monthly box new?

Yes, perfectly! All the products you will receive in the LBDE box are new.

However, we would like to point out that some books are at the end of the series in French bookstores, which allows us to offer you boxes at competitive prices.

What are the subscription formulas and rates that you offer?

We offer 3 boxes, according to 3 age categories and a sibling box:


Rates Box 0-3 years, 3-6 years, and 6-8 years :

Unlimited : 129 aed / month

3 months: 369 aed (one-time payment)

6 months: 729 aed (one-time payment)

12 months: 1,449 aed (one-time payment)


Sibling box rate 0-8 years
(excluding shipping costs) :

Unlimited : 209 aed / month

3 months: 599 aed (one-time payment)

6 months: 1189 aed (one-time payment)

12 months: 2349 aed (one-time payment)


All our rates are degressive and therefore depend on the duration of the subscription chosen as well as the geographical location of the recipient(shipping costs). This means that the longer the duration of your subscription, the lower the subscription rate.

No automatic renewal for 3, 6 and 12 month subscriptions.

What are the advantages of the LBDE Box?

How are the books chosen?

All our products are chosen for their educational, informative and also playful sides.

What is the unlimited monthly subscription?

The monthly subscription is a subscription unlimited in time and automatically renewed each month without any commitment of duration.

You can therefore cancel it at any time from your “Customer Area” under “Manage my subscriptions”.

When will I be charged for my monthly unlimited subscription?

Your first payment by credit card will be taken into account immediately with your first order. For the following months, you will be debited on the1st of each month.

How do the 3, 6 and 12 month subscription plans work?

The formulas of subscriptions for 3, 6 or 12 months consist in a commitment on the corresponding duration to receive each month the LBDE Box. The amount of the subscription is taken in
one-time payment at the time of purchase
When they expire, if you want to continue, you will have to start a new subscription or choose the unlimited monthly subscription.

How do I unsubscribe?

Please note: 3, 6 and 12 month subscriptions are not cancellable.

Indeed, if you subscribe to a flat rate subscription (3, 6 or 12 months) you do not have the possibility to cancel before the expiration date as stipulated in our GTC. You will receive your boxes during the whole duration of your subscription.

If you have subscribed to an unlimited monthly subscription, you can cancel it at any time from your “My Account” section under “Subscriptions”.

Attention, from the moment you have been debited for the LBDE box of the following month, your suspension or termination of subscription will take effect only after the reception of this last box.

How do I know if my application has been accepted?

Once you have completed and validated all the terms of the order and your payment, LBDE will send you a confirmation email and a summary of your order.
You also have access to your order information in the “My Account” section, “My Subscriptions”.

I did not receive a confirmation e-mail when I registered, what should I do?

In this case it may be useful to first check if the confirmation email has not been treated as “junk mail” (SPAM) by your email service.
If this is not the case, you can contact us via the contact form or by writing to us at so that we can check if your registration has been taken into account.

When will I receive my LBDE box?

The reception of the box is done around the 5th of each month. Any order validated on the 1st of the month (before midnight), will result in the reception of the box this same month. An email confirming your order will be sent to you subject to full payment of your order.
1/ If you order a box on September 28th 2022, you will receive your box on September 5th 2022.
2/ if you order a box on September 2nd 2022, you will receive your box on October 5th 2022.

Which box will I receive first?

The reception of the box is done around the 5th of each month. Depending on the destination and the logistics platform, it may take a little longer for some packages. Any order validated on the 1st of the month (before midnight), will result in the reception of the box this same month. An email confirming your order will be sent to you subject to full payment of your order.


* If you order a box on September 28th 2022, you will receive your box on September 5th 2022.

* If you order a box on September 2nd 2022, you will receive your box on October 5th 2022.

Can I know the contents of my LBDE Boxes in advance?

No, the LBDE boxes are thought as gifts, the effect of surprise and discovery are essential. On the card of the box, you will find a brief description of the contents of the box (number of books, type of items), but not the exact references. However, you can sometimes find clues on our social networks, or even complete boxes posted by our happy customers.

I don't like one of the books in my box, can I return or exchange it?

We do our best to offer you each month of various books. However, it is possible that one month a book may not appeal to you or your child. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange it for you. Be sure to read our conditions of exchange in the general conditions of sale. We choose your books based on your account profile questionnaire, so be sure to fill it out.

We take back books only if we make a mistake.

Finally, know that we do our best to satisfy you, and hope that this never happens!

Can I customize the content of my LBDE Box?

Our team takes care of personalizing the content of the boxes according to the age of your child(ren). It is therefore not possible to compose your own box.

What if my box arrives with a damaged book?

If one of your books gets damaged in transit, please send us photos of the box and the damage to the product to so that we can resolve the problem or you can contact customer service at + (971) 056 494 3042

I am an author, a publisher or a professional of the children's book industry, can I appear in your boxes?

Le Bazar Des Enfants offers products for delivery in the United Arab Emirates and worldwide.

What are the delivery costs for my box?

Shipping costs differ depending on the address to which the box is to be sent.

It's the middle of the month and I still haven't received my package. What to do?

Several cases are possible:
– You have just subscribed: your first LBDE Box will arrive very soon

– If you are already a subscriber, have you checked that your parcel has not been received by a third party (neighbor, janitor…)? If it cannot be found : contact us by mail at

– The address information provided did not allow the deliverer to find you (“incomplete address”, “unclaimed package”, etc…): the package will be returned to us and we will contact you as soon as possible.

– Your package has been delivered but cannot be found, it may be a theft.

Customers are required to provide an accurate shipping address. Le Bazar Des Enfants is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages sent to the wrong place due to an error on the part of the customer.

You should know that our responsibility can no longer be called into question.

N.B.: At the time of delivery, you will be asked to sign a receipt which will constitute a proof of receipt of the package.

What do I do if I haven't picked up my package on time?

If you are not at home when the delivery man arrives, you can go directly to our offices in Al Manara within 7 working days to collect it. Please make an appointment in advance with our customer service.

If you are unable to travel, we can send your package back to you a second time, with an additional charge.

Are the products on the site new or used?

We offer new and used products clearly listed under their respective headings, all at competitive prices. It’s up to you to choose the ones that suit you and go to the corresponding section of our site.

Are the articles posted online checked before they are sent?

Our team attaches particular importance to the quality of our products and ensures that each book or game is meticulously checked before being sent.

Please note that the condition of the products, whether they are new or used, is mentioned on its product sheet. All the second hand items we select are in very good or almost new condition.

After I place an order, can I change it?

Once an order is placed, it is impossible to rectify information (related to the address, for example) or to add products to the order. Please be careful when entering your data.

I would like to reserve an item that is currently out of stock. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, this is not possible, but we invite you to visit our site regularly to see the new arrivals.

How to offer a subscription with a gift card?

To offer a Box LBDE subscription, simply go to the page “I offer”, then :

  1. Choose the box to offer
  2. Choose the duration of the subscription: 3, 6 or 12 months
  3. Fill in the “Info Form”.
  4. Choose the delivery method (remember to enter the recipient’s information if you want the box to be sent directly to him).

Can I offer a gift card to spend in the online store?

Yes. The LBDE gift card is suitable for all occasions. Whether for a birth, a birthday, a baptism, a Christmas gift …

To order it, nothing could be simpler: add the gift card of your choice to your shopping cart and you will receive by email (for the digital card) or by mail (for the paper card) a unique code that you can either use or offer.

Know that LBDE gives you the opportunity to choose a prepaid card directly on the site, but also to customize the amount you want to offer, always in the form of gift card.

How do digital gift cards work?

If you want to send the gift card directly to the recipient, you just have to change the shipping address.

If you wish to personalize the shipment, you can add the first and last name of the sender and the recipient, as well as a message in the “order note”.

Whichever option you choose, a code will be written on the bottom of the card. When ordering, the beneficiary will have to write this code in the box dedicated to this purpose, just before the payment, in order to be able to use the amount contained in the card.

How long is the gift card valid?

The gift card is valid for 1 year and can be used in one go on the entire store on

This card is not exchangeable, refundable or partially refundable, nor can it be credited to a card or bank account.

This card can be combined with another gift card.


Are card payments secure?

LBDE takes the security of payments and the confidentiality of the information you give us very seriously. For this purpose, the site uses a secure mode of payment SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which allows the encryption of your banking information during their transmission on the network.

The transaction is carried out via the Stripe online payment system, which alone has the banking information provided on the site at the time of payment.

What payment methods are accepted by LBDE?

The Bazar Des Enfants offers two secure payment methods: online credit card and Paypal .

Where can I pick up my invoices?

All your invoices are available in your “My Account” section under “Subscription”.

How do I change my bank details?

You can change your bank details at any time if necessary (loss, theft or simply expiry of your credit card) from your “My Account” section under “Subscriptions”.

Why was my payment rejected?

Your payment is refused? Don’t panic!

The problem can have different explanations ranging from a lack of funds in your bank account to a technical problem with your bank.

We advise you to contact your bank so that you can find out the source of the refusal.

Return and refund policy

I would like to return a product. How do I proceed?

Here are our return policies for the different products on the Le Bazar des Enfants website.

All used products, subscriptions or gift cards are not exchangeable or refundable.

Only new products can be exchanged if they are not suitable.

If you wish to exchange your new purchase, this is possible by visiting our premises located in Al Manara (Dubai), within
7 days
following the reception or the collection of your package. Please contact us and make an appointment in advance with our customer service department at +971 56 494 3042.

If the returned item is less expensive than the item it was exchanged for, a difference will be payable.

In the opposite case, you will receive a credit note with the difference in amount, which you can use for your next purchase on our website.

New products must be returned in their original condition and packaging (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). Any damaged or incomplete product, or whose original packaging is deteriorated, will not be refunded or exchanged.

No returns or refunds on used products

The products in our box subscriptions are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Le Bazar Des Enfants gift cards are exclusively used for the purchase of our products.
They are neither exchangeable nor refundable for a monetary value
. Le Bazar Des Enfants is not responsible for any theft, loss or unauthorized purchase on a gift card.

The Children's Bazaar made a mistake in my order. Who should pay for the return shipping?

Le Bazar des Enfants will only participate in the return shipping costs for defective items or if the order was placed incorrectly, regardless of the weight and volume of your order. In the case of an exchange of a new product in the event that the product is no longer suitable, the delivery costs are at your expense.
